As for his collaboration with Markowski, he credits their ability to work well together due to their similar career trajectories online. "Jessica has been a friend of mine since we were both just getting started on social media, and now that she’s one of the top brokers in New York," Cobo explains.
"I knew I had to go to her when I was ready to sell — And find my next space and next project," he adds. To which Markowski agrees, "Representing Alfonso in the sale of this Tribeca trophy property was an incredible experience."
